Kennedy, City of Pasadena Reappoints Roy Mease Two Port Commissioners of the Port of Houston Authority were reappointed today. Clyde Fitzgerald was reappointed by Harris County Commissioners Court, and Roy Mease was reappointed by the City of Pasadena. Port Commissioners serve two-year
