DAGGETT ADDRESSES DOCKWORKER DELEGATES AND GUESTS FROM AROUND THE WORLD AT THE MUA NATIONAL CONFERENCE IN ADELAIDE, AUSTRALIA
ILA International Executive Vice President Dennis A. Daggett takes the podium and gives a spirited speech to MUA members on opening day of the Maritime Union of Australia Conference 2024 at the Convention Center in Adelaide, Australia.
Daggett was part of an international panel that was recognized as “The Power of Unity Across Borders.”
The speech covered a number of topics, which included thanking the entire MUA delegation for their unwavering support throughout the ILA’s fight against Ørsted, the contract negotiations the ILA is currently fighting for and the worldwide international solidarity that’s taking place among dockworkers around the globe.
At the conclusion of his speech, Daggett thanked MUA National Secretary Paddy Crumlin for his leadership and all his support and solidarity as a labor leader.
