The Waterfront Alliance, its board of directors, and the undersigned call on our region’s leadership and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to prioritize port and maritime workers for priority vaccination.
A Sign-On letter has been created to request that the Honorable Andrew M. Cuomo, Governor of New York State, and the Honorable Phil Murphy, Governor of New Jersey, support the region’s working waterfront by placing port workers toward the front of the vaccine line and making the distribution of the vaccination a priority.
