Joseph M. Sanzari Address To ILA’s 55th Quadrennial Convention In Hollywood, Florida

Introduction by ILA President Harold J. Daggett: Joseph Sanzari is a highly respectable and successful owner of a prominent construction business – up and down the Garden State, it’s hard to miss those gigantic construction trucks with his name on them.
But Joe Sanzari is an owner of a business who started like most of us, from the bottom up. He began working and learning about construction as a teenage; He began his professional career as a member of Operating Engineers Local 825 as a heavy equipment operator.
In 1969 – 50 years ago- he ventured out on his own, with a partner performing municipal, county and utility public work.
From one dump truck a backhoe and a pickup truck to the creation of Joseph M. Sanzari Incorporated in 1985.
Joe never forgot his humble roots and he continues to give back to New Jersey families and those in need, especially his work with Hackensack Medical Center and their Children’s Hospital.
For a lot of families in New Jersey, Joe is like Santa Claus – and we have the video from exactly a year ago to prove it.
(Run video – Christmas in July)
The proud father of four and grandfather to seven beautiful grandchildren, please welcome my friend Joe Sanzari.
